polypropylene  What?

Today, polypropylene is preferred in the field of packaging, especially in the automotive and food sectors. Especially in the automotive industry, it is used in the transportation and storage of some precision and equipment consisting of a combination of metal parts and plastic parts, such as air conditioner motors. Both transportation is provided with a light vehicle and sensitive equipment is not damaged. In addition, it is a material that is widely used and preferred in the textile and food sectors.

Although the use of polymer has become widespread and the material has been developed with some additives, it must be used in appropriate places. To give an example of this, random polypropylene is a suitable type for water drains. Besides, this type can also be used for polypropylene acidic fluids. Waste water pipes are also exposed to mechanical stresses, sometimes to a great extent. An advantage of polypropylene also emerges here. This material is resistant to all kinds of stresses, even in extremely harsh conditions.  

What is Polyethylene?

Polyethylene, which is in the thermoplast product category, is used in many products. The industry is also called PE for short. Its raw material is ethylene. Branching type, molecular weight and crystal structure are the properties that make up the mechanical properties. It is moisture resistant. It is resistant to external impacts. It is transparent.

Recyclable PE, that is, polyethylene, is used in the packaging of cleaning products. Polyethylene material is used in the packaging of many products such as bleach, salt spirit, lime remover, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags. Polyethylene materials, which are called primary plastics, are more durable and more alive than recycled plastics, which are now called plastics.

In the toy industry, toys manufactured as the first plastic are of higher quality and slightly more expensive. Materials made from this primary plastic, namely polyethylene, are considered recyclable materials in the recycling industry. The packaging of cleaning materials is made of the first plastic, namely polyethylene. Like toys, the packaging of cleaning agents is of good quality. Automotive, kitchen utensils (bucket, basin, etc.) are produced with polyethylene material.

Durable packages are produced from high-density polyethylene. It is used in the packaging of liquid substances and especially cleaning agents with high chemical irritant power. In sectors where softer materials are required, low density polyethylene materials are used. The density of polyethylene material decreases with increasing branching. Thus, it becomes more flexible. Polyethylene, which is transparent and resembles glass, is used in many sectors, especially glassware.

Transparent materials made of polyethylene are produced in places with high brittleness. Thus, its usefulness is greater. By raising and lowering the branching phenomenon in polyethylene material, high or low density material is produced. The important thing in this production is whether the density is sufficient for the material to be produced. The materials produced according to the usage area are produced as hard or soft. For this reason, polyethylene materials are subjected to chemical applications according to the usage area of the material.
